What is aidreptate.md?

aidreptate.md is a technical assistance platform that helps you prepare the necessary documents for filing a small claim (court petition) in court. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

The 3-step process

1. Submit your request

Fill out the online form with your contact details, case information, and supporting documents. The form takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.

2. Document preparation

Our team reviews the information you provided and prepares the necessary documents: the court petition, pre-trial notice, and other standard forms in accordance with Moldovan legislation.

3. Receive and file

You receive the completed documents via a secure link. Download them and file at the competent court.
