1. Nature of Service

aidreptate.md, hereinafter “the Platform”, provides technical assistance for preparation of legal documents only. Our Platform helps users prepare court claims and responses to court claims in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

The Platform does NOT provide law services, legal consultation, or legal representation of any kind. The documents generated through this Platform are prepared solely based on the information provided by the user. Users are encouraged to consult a licensed lawyer for legal advice regarding their specific case.

2. User Obligations

By using our Platform, you agree and are obligated to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and correct information when filling out forms and attaching files containing evidence.
• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose: preparation of legal documents for subsequent presentation in court.
• Not misuse the Platform or attempt to interfere with its proper functioning.
• Be at least 18 years of age. This Platform is not intended for use by minors.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

The Platform prepares documents requested by the user solely based on the information provided by the user. The Platform is not and will not be responsible for:

• Any legal consequences of any court proceedings in which documents prepared through this Platform are used.
• Any error or omission resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or false information provided by the Platform's user.
• Any decision or action taken by courts or other authorities based on documents prepared through the Platform.
• Any loss, damage, or legal consequence resulting from the use of services provided through the Platform.

Use of this Platform and the documents it produces is exclusively at the user's discretion.

4. IDNP Handling

Your IDNP (Personal Identification Number) is collected solely for the purpose of document preparation. It is required as a mandatory field in court petitions and related legal documents in the Republic of Moldova. Your IDNP is stored securely and is not used for any purpose other than preparing the documents you have requested. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your personal data.

5. Modifications to These Terms

The Platform reserves the right to update or modify the Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised terms on this page. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page to reflect the date of the most recent changes. Continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes and disagreements that may arise between users and the Platform shall be resolved through direct negotiations between the parties. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, the parties shall submit the dispute for resolution to the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
